Giving the nod to skateboarding’s debut as an Olympic sport, the shoe was made in collaboration with skate shop FTC, appearing in a blue suede base overlaid by brick-like white leather that recalls Japanese bathhouses. Sultry suede materials can be spotted along the collars, quarters and toe boxes, all of which match up with the mesh tongues in terms of their “Lagoon Pulse” filling. A metallic silver Swoosh shines on the side panel, while ‘FTC’ adorns the yellow leather heel tab in light blue embroidery. Underfoot, an icy translucent outsole provides durable traction.
